About Us: JPN Offshore, a key player in the oil and gas sector in West Africa, is currently seeking motivated and skilled Offshore personnel to join clients’ teams. We are committed to safety and environmental responsibility in all our operations.

Requirements

1. Education and Certifications:
   • Deck and Engineering Officers typically require relevant maritime degrees and certifications.
   • Electrical and Mechanical positions may require specific technical degrees or certifications in their respective fields.
2. Experience:
   • Positions such as Captain, Chief Mate, and Chief Engineer often require extensive sea time and experience in their roles.
   • Entry-level positions like Roustabout or Deck Operator may require less experience but still benefit from relevant skills.
3. Training:
   • Safety training and certifications (STCW, Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training – BOSIET) are often mandatory for offshore roles.
   • Dynamic Positioning (DP) training for DPOs.
4. Health and Fitness:
   • Good physical health is generally required for offshore and maritime positions, as the work can be physically demanding.
5. Specialized Skills:
   • Electricians, Mechanics, and other technical roles may require specific skills and experience in their respective disciplines.
   • Crane Operators need certification and experience in operating cranes safely.
6. Communication and Teamwork:
   • Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team are crucial for all positions.
7. Regulatory Compliance:
   • Knowledge of and adherence to maritime regulations and industry standards.
8. Language Proficiency:
   • Proficiency in English is often a requirement for communication and documentation purposes.
